To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel).
We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom.
Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property and due to covid this option may not be available at all.
The pre-negotiated rates include hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees, housekeeping and bellman gratuities.
Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.
• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
• Any changes must be done in writing and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
• Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $25 fee.
• Last minute bookings within 21 days of travel will incur a $150 fee.
Vagablonde Travel offer optional travel protection with Travel Insured International.
Rates will vary per person depending on your age, state, total value of your trip, and if you elect for the Cancel for Any Reason benefit.
The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost so it's a great investment!
You must add insurance within 21 days of booking if you want the Cancel For Any Reason Policy. The office will send a Client Portal Task Email after you book. Please complete this ASAP. Your delay in completing this will delay our team sending you an insurance quote and Vagablonde Travel will not be responsible if you are beyond 21 days after deposit and cannot add the Cancel For Any Reason benefit.
Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is non refundable.
Our office will automatically send you a quote after you book (if you select this option) with your room total and an estimated ground transfer. If our office books your air, we will include this in your quote. If you are not ready to purchase air, no problem. If after purchasing your policy, you buy your air, reach out to us and we will make the adjustment on your policy or send you directions to do so.

Unless otherwise requested, our office will try to group wedding guests together to bring down the per person cost. We offer competitive rates with roundtrip private vans and once we have a completed group manifest we will share per person rates! Transportation is not included in the room rate.
Closest airport to the resort is THE LOS CABOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SJD)
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.
You may book it via your favorite airline or allow us to do so for a small fee of $39.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.
However, there is no guarantee that we have better flight prices than what you may find on your own and we cannot guarantee we are contracted with every airline. There may be instances when we cannot book your air if we do not have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit Airlines. We are also not able to use credit card points or miles towards your flight.
• Cancellations made after deposit is paid that have not purchased insurance will incur a $100 per person penalty. Processing fee's not refundable if applicable.
• Cancellation made between: June 18, 2022 - August 4, 2022: 60% cancellation fee
• Cancellation made after August 5, 2022: 100% non-refundable
• Cancelled air tickets are valid for one year from original ticket issue date.
WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Vagablonde Travel please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.
DO I NEED A COVID TEST?
At this time, no testing is required to enter Mexico however the CDC announced on January 26th that a negative test is required to re enter the US. Dreams Natura will provide complimentary testing at the resort. Should you test positive, the resort will also offer a complimentary stay for up to 2 weeks for you to quarantine.
DOES MY INSURANCE COVER COVID OR THE PANDEMIC?
COVID is considered a sickness and will be categorized as such. For further questions regarding the insurance policies we suggest you call the company direct after you receive your quote. They are specialist and we just offer their product.
COVID19
Since January, Americans have been required to present a negative COVID-19 test in order to board a flight back to the U.S. You'll still need to be tested even if you're fully vaccinated until the mandate is lifted.
TESTING IS PROVIDED AT YOUR RESORT AT NO COST (with a minimum 3 nights stay). Each room will be provided with 2 complimentary antigen test. Additional test can be purchases at $50 a test. You will be assigned a date and time to test based on your departure date. These test meet the CDC requirement and must be taken 24 hours before your departure.
EXTENDED STAY COVERAGE
If you test positive at the resort you will be able to quarantine at a RCD hotel for up to 10 nights at a preferential rate. Additional medical assistant insurance will be available for a small fee.
